Hans Ekow Dampson is, currently, a Chief Administrative Assistant at the College of Distance Education (CoDE), University of Cape Coast (UCC) where he offers administrative support to aid in the effective administration of the College. He had previously served in a similar capacity at the School of Medical Sciences (SMS) and continues to make immense contribution to the advancement of administration at UCC, particularly at at CoDE and SMS.

Hans holds a Master of Business Administration (General Management), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Management Studies from UCC. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC), Ghana.

He has practiced higher education administration over the past 12 years and acquired appreciable knowledge and experience in his area of specialisation. He is critically minded, innovative and affable, and has an extensive range of essential transferable skills that makes him an exceptional team player.

Ekow loves sightseeing, listening to inspirational music, organising events and playing volleyball.
