About

KWAMENA MINTA NYARKU is a Senior lecturer in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, at the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, School of Business, College of Humanities and Legal Studies, University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast, Ghana. Raised by Adisadel College and other prominent institutions including Komenda Training College, University of Cape Coast, University of Leicester, Chartered Institute of Marketing, and University of Ghana Business School, Kwamena has previously worked and also taught in colleges and universities in Ghana and abroad. He specialises and teaches in all marketing management areas, strategic management, and entrepreneurship courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He is an active member of both national and international professional bodies/institutions, and also a dedicated contributor to marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship education.

He is a chief examiner, moderator, and assessor for marketing, sales management, international marketing, entrepreneurship and strategic management courses in over 15 public and private universities in Ghana and abroad. Kwamena has added 26 research articles, 3 modules and 2 books to his name. He has published in Journal of Modelling in Management, Social Responsibility Journal, International Journal on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Indonesian Journal of Sustainability Accounting and Management, Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation, International Journal of Advances in Management and Economics, International Journal of Strategic Information Technology and Applications, International Journal of Marketing Studies, Academic Leadership Journal, among others.

Kwamena has worked with several boards and senior management teams on business strategy formulation, development, implementation and control, and has trained many executives and managers in corporate Ghana and beyond. He is a sales, marketing and strategic management consultant and his clientele include Golden Beaches Hotels; Nestle; Enterprise Life Assurance Company Ltd (ELAC); EPP Bookshop; Zenith University College; Jayee University College; National Investment Bank, (NIB); FOMAAT Inc; OCL; Ghana Heritage Conservation Trust (GHCT); School of Agriculture, UCC, University of Education, Winneba, (UEW); Adabie Educational Complex; Peace and Love Farming Company, among others. Kwamena has also written over 15 business plans and strategic plans for companies across different industries in Ghana, Europe and America.
