Justice K. G. Agyenim Boateng (PhD) is a Senior Assistant Registrar at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). He is an astute administrator with a great depth of experience in the tertiary education landscape of Ghana. He has championed major reforms that have led to restructuring of affiliation and its related issues at UCC. Through his instrumentality, the Institutional Affiliation Office of UCC was established and he has superintended over this office since 2014. He has written several memoranda and also developed guidelines, manuals, Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), Affiliation Agreement and other documents which have been endorsed by the Committee on Institutional Affiliation and finally implemented by the University.

He was also a member of the UCC team that defended the curriculum of the Diploma in Midwifery programme at the then National Accreditation Board (NAB) now Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC).
