Mr. Isaac Adom-Konadu holds a Master of Philosophy in Administration in Higher Education from the University of Cape Coast, Bachelor of Education in Educational Foundations with major in Business Management, from University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Galilee International Management Institute, Israel.

Isaac is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Consultants (CIAMC); and also a member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), UCC Chapter. 

He was the Assistant Registrar for School of Graduate Studies (SGS) from 2012-2017 and currently, a Senior Assistant Registrar, Directorate of Human Resource and also the Head of the Senior Members Section since 2017.

Isaac serves on a number of Committees in the University and has been involved in training/workshops programmes for staff of the University as a facilitator. His research interest is in the area of Administration in Higher Education, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, Customer Care, Job Satisfaction among others.
