Prof. (Mrs.) Rebecca Dei Mensah is an Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management, School of Business, College of Humanities and Legal Studies. She holds a PhD. in Human Resource Management, from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Ghana, Legon and a Bachelor's degree in Secretaryship from the University of Cape Coast. Prof. (Mrs.) Dei Mensah is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana. She has published widely in Human Resource Management and also has a number of collaborative publications in areas of business including marketing, hospitality management and management. Prof. (Mrs.) Dei Mensah is a specialist in Recruitment and Selection, Change Management, Employee Retention, Emotional Intelligence, Wellbeing and Engagement, Performance and Compensation Management and Work-Life Balance. She is the immediate past Head of the Department of Human Resource Management and the current Senior Hall Tutor in VALCO Hall. Rebecca is someone who can inspire confidence, she is respectful, hardworking, selfless and dedicated to task. She is always prepared to go the extra mile to promote the interest of people she comes into contact with. She is a family person.
