Ms. Leticia Dzinorfe Ahiatrogah is an experienced university administrator with over 15 years of progressive service at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). She currently serves as a Chief Administrative Assistant at the School of Business, Dean’s Office, where she oversees administrative processes, supervises junior staff, and provides secretarial support to key committees and management structures.

She holds an M.Phil. in Development Studies and an M.A. in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Cape Coast. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana).

Throughout her career, Ms. Ahiatrogah has worked in various units of UCC, including the Directorate of Human Resources and the School of Medical Sciences, where she played significant roles in appointments and promotions processes, staff development programmes, and committee management. She has also contributed to the planning and organization of academic workshops, departmental retreats, and professional training programmes.
