He hold a Master of Commence (Human Resource Management) from the University of Cape Coast and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CIHRMP), Ghana. Nelson is a active Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants (CIAMC), Ghana.
