I am a dynamic, diligent, focused, goal-directed and self-motivated University administrator; an initiator of positive change; a sticker for policy and regulations; good industrial/public relations; appreciable interpersonal skills; ability to work with minimum or no supervision and handle confidential documents/matters; capacity to manage/complete tasks/duties within stipulated deadlines and thus ability to deliver work output under pressure; a good problem solver; a good team player who mixes well with others; and one who is willing to learn more. I aim not only to become an efficient and effective university administrator, but even a knowledgeable minister of God (clergy) with integrity and power.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY, OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR/HEAD OF COUNCIL SECRETARIAT INCLUDE:
- Directly responsible to the Registrar in general administrative duties.
- Drafting correspondences for the Registrar
- Drafting official speeches for the Chancellor and Chairman of Council for further action by the Registrar.
- Issuing Introductory Letters to students for Visas and Passports.
- Preparing Budgets and monitoring expenditure of the Registrar’s Office and the Council Secretariat.
- Reviewing Memoranda and other write-ups referred by the Registrar.
- Assisting in review and formatting of documents, especially policies and regulations, approved by Council for publication.
- Assisting the Registrar to ensure publication of the Council Gazette.
- Providing protocol services to Chairman of Council and other Council Members at official functions.
- Assisting the Council Secretary (Registrar) in the preparation of Agenda for Council Meetings, processing of documents for Council Meetings and circulation of same.
- Recording proceedings and drafting of decisions of Council for Registrar’s further action.
- Serving as Secretary to Finance Committee.
- Assisting the Registrar to keep custody of council records and documents.
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the Registrar and the Vice-Chancellor.
