Yvonne Adwoa Dzigbordi Misroame is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in administration and human resource management. With a goal to be an effective HR practitioner, Professional Administrator, and Management Consultant, she strives to stay updated with current trends in administrative activities and human resource practices. Yvonne has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. Also, she is an Associate member of CIAMC-Ghana, a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC). Miss Misroame has held various positions at the university, including Chief Administrative Assistant, Principal Administrative Assistant, and Senior Administrative Assistant, where she has showcased her organizational skills and leadership abilities. Yvonne's achievements include reorganizing filing systems, monitoring and evaluating the performance of personnel, coaching and orienting staff, and contributing to the improvement of office operations.
