Eunice Amoako Mensah is a Junior Assistant Registrar at the Design Thinking and Innovation Hub (D-Hub), University of Cape Coast. She is a seasoned administrator and Human Resource Management professional with nearly two decades of progressive experience in university administration.
She holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies from Cape Coast Polytechnic. She is also a Chartered Professional Administrator and Management Consultant (Level 1).
Eunice has strong expertise in institutional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational management. Her approach reflects a progression beyond traditional administrative functions, emphasising empathetic leadership, inclusive management, and strategic support.
She provides leadership in career development and employability initiatives, supporting students and graduates through job-readiness training, career guidance, and structured engagement with industry. She also contributes to the design and delivery of innovation and entrepreneurship programmes that enhance skills development and align graduate competencies with evolving labour market demands.
Through her work, she has engaged with national and international organisations, including the British Council, Ashesi University, Kosmos Innovation Center, and the GNPC Foundation, to implement impactful, student- and youth-focused initiatives.
Her professional focus includes human resource management and development, leadership, and strengthening institutional systems to drive organisational growth, career advancement, and innovation. She is assertive and adaptable to new systems of delivery. She is strongly committed to ethical practices, and demonstrates diplomacy, professionalism, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
