Miss Cecilia Hayford holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies, both from the University of Cape Coast. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) and an active member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), UCC Chapter.
Since 2019, Cecilia has served as an Assistant Registrar in the Training and Development Section of the Directorate of Human Resource, where she has made notable contributions, particularly in coordinating staff training programmes and workshops. Between April 2024 and March 2025, she also served as Deputy Senior Tutor at The Premier Hall of the University. She currently heads the Junior Staff Section of the Directorate of Human Resource.
Her research interests include administrative functions in higher education, human resource management practices, human relations, customer service, and job satisfaction. She continues to pursue excellence in both academic and professional spheres, demonstrating commitment to advancing human resource development within the university.
