Miss Cecilia Hayford holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the same institution. She is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) and also a proud member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), UCC Chapter.

In her professional journey, Cecilia has been serving as an Assistant Registrar at the Training and Development Section within the Directorate of Human Resource since 2019. She has contributed significantly to the university, particularly in the area of training and workshops for staff members.

Cecilia's research interests revolve around various aspects of administrative functions in higher education institutions, human resource management practices, human relations, customer care, and job satisfaction, among other intriguing subjects.
