Dr. Albert Justice Kwarteng a highly focused Senior Research Fellow (Statistician) with extensive experience in supporting a large team of researchers and experience in creating usable data for dissemination. Dr. Kwarteng is an academic, and a leading expert in Quality Management Operations, specifically, the Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation in Higher Education Institutions and other organisations. He is a Mathematical Statistician with special interest in Statistical Modelling. Dr. Kwarteng, who has a passion for research, began working with the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) in 1992 as a Statistics Officer and eventually advanced to the post of Statistician before departing the research institution in 2008. He then joined the Academic Institution, University of Cape Coast (UCC) as a Research Fellow. He has 16 years' experience in statistical survey and more than 13 years of experience in academic research. Currently, He is the Head of the Quality Assurance Section under the Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance (DAPQA), University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is the key individuals responsible for integrating the TQM approach into the University of Cape Coast Quality Management System to guarantee the provision of high-quality services for the institution’s diverse stakeholders. He is interested in analyse large data sets using statistical techniques such as general linear and multiple regression, correlation, factor analysis, factorial design, analysis of variance, covariance, hypotheses testing, solving optimization problems, and Bayes theorem.
Dr. Kwarteng holds a Ph.D. in Qualitative Research (Based) and researched in Total Quality Management in Higher Education, and Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) all in UCC. He obtained both BSc. and MSc. Mathematics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
