Comfort Armah Profile,
Comfort Armah is an Assistant Research Fellow at the Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance (DAPQA) at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her attention to details and high rate of accuracy, completing multiple tasks simultaneously has enabled her to excel in writing result-oriented memos, monitoring, evaluating and reporting her finding to the appropriate committees to ensure total quality management.
She has also been using various research and statistical tools, data collection procedures and analytical tools to capture information on students and faculty members. The results are used for decision making, policy analysis, mandated reporting and influencing academic program reviews.
She is a member of the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF) and a member of Ghana Psychological Testing Association (GPTA).
Comfort holds an MPhil in Measurement and Evaluation at the University of Cape Coast, a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences (Economics and Accounting) in the University of Cape Coast and an Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana.
