Gloria K. Q. Agyapong is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. With over 15 years of academic and research experience, she brings a multidisciplinary background in marketing, monitoring and evaluation, supply chain innovation, virtual mobility and sustainability, anchored in a commitment to systems thinking and institutional capacity development. Prof. Agyapong holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and an MSc in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelor of Management Studies, reflecting her deep expertise in performance measurement and organisational assessment. She has been involved in multiple international, transdisciplinary projects focused on building institutional resilience and entrepreneurial capacity in African universities, including the DAAD-funded BET-Ghana Project, the BAIN negotiation and digital inclusion initiative, and ART4DEV, which promotes applied research and sustainable development.  Prof. Agyapong’s recent research explores total quality management, service quality management, monitoring and evaluation, circular economy practices, and digital transformation in African enterprises.
