Thomas Boakye is a Principal Administrative Assistant with the Training and Development Section of the Directorate of Human Resource, University of Cape Coast. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam, as well as a Bachelor’s and Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, Mr. Boakye teaches level 200 and level 400 courses at the College of Distance Education of the University of Cape Coast, including International Human Resource Management, Collective Bargaining and Negotiation Skills, Training and Development and Human Resource Management. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. His research interests focus on organisational leadership, emotional intelligence and employee performance.
He is a highly industrious, resourceful, intrinsically motivated, and results-oriented administrator, deeply committed to excellence. Mr. Boakye readily embraces additional responsibilities and executes assigned tasks with professionalism, sound judgment, and utmost discretion. By fostering collaboration, he leverages diverse perspectives to achieve optimum results while maintaining clear and impactful communication.
