A dedicated lecturer with over 9 years of experience at University of Cape Coast, Ghana, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. Possessing excellent verbal communication and written skills along with constructive and effective pedagogical strategies that promote a stimulating learning environment. Incorporating technology in teaching/training students-teachers who are trained in the University to become professional teachers after completion of their programme. Organization of professional development training programmes involving the use of ICT in teaching for in-service and pre-service teachers.

My teaching philosophy is that, all students in the teaching and learning environment have different behaviours and therefore must have a conducive educational atmosphere where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of environment in the classroom to support students to develop their full potentials. I also belief in collaborative approach in teaching where students share ideas and work in teams in solving a problem.
