Until current portfolio, Mr. Aggrey was the Head of Communications and Marketing Unit of the Institutional Advancement Office of UCC. He is chiefly known for his exceptional communication and journalism prowess for over two decades.

An astounding administrator with great competencies. Currently holds Master of Arts in Communication Studies with the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing Studies at the Cape Coast Technical University.
