As a teacher, I am passionate about empowering future healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to excel in dynamic and evolving healthcare environments. I believe in fostering a student-centered learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of knowledge to real-world challenges.

My teaching philosophy integrates evidence-based methods, such as case-based learning, collaborative projects, and hands-on simulations, to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I am committed to cultivating curiosity and a lifelong learning mindset among students, encouraging them to actively engage with course materials and contribute to meaningful discussions that promote professional growth.

As a mentor, I place a strong emphasis on ethical practice, interprofessional collaboration, and patient-centered care. I inspire students to approach their roles as pharmacists and healthcare leaders with compassion, integrity, and innovation. By prioritizing mentorship and individualized support, I seek to unlock each student’s potential, preparing them to be competent and confident contributors to the healthcare sector.
