Emmanuel Ampofo holds a Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS).
Mr. Ampofo is a Member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners (GNAAP) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (CIHRM).
With over a decade of progressive experience in university administration, Emmanuel has contributed significantly to HR policy development, institutional governance, data management, and workforce capacity building. He currently serves as Head of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Unit at the Directorate of Human Resource, University of Cape Coast.
He has been part of teams that developed key institutional policies such as the draft Human Resource Manual and Leave Policy, and has led major HR projects including the HRIS Operational Manual and the Orientation Guide for Newly Appointed Staff. Passionate about workplace ethics, human resource management, and HR information systems, he actively supports youth-focused programmes and serves on several important committees within the University.
