Mrs. Grace Koomson Arthur is a Junior Assistant Registrar at the Office of the Provost, College of Health and Allied Sciences, University of Cape Coast; Ghana -West Africa. She has a Certificate in Customer Service and Consumer Relations from Hinduja Global Solutions Canada, Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and a Master of Business Administration with Thesis from the Open University Malaysia.

She was promoted to the rank of Junior Assistant Registrar in 2018. Has risen through the ranks serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Department of Agricultural Engineering in the School of Agriculture, and School of Graduate Studies and Research (2010 - 2016), Principal Administrative Assistant at the School of Graduate Studies and Research and the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Allied Health Sciences (2016 - 2018). She is currently relieving the College Registrar of the College of Health and Allied Sciences.

Her research interests are in Industrial Relations, Job Satisfaction, Equal Representation,Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Commitment,Organisational Growth, Training and Development Compensation Administration and Employee Retention.She was the 2nd Vice Chairperson of the Senior Staff Association, Representative on the Sexual Harassment Committee and Transport Committee all in the University of Cape Coast.
