Sowah Boye is a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Documentation and Information Section of the Directorate of Public Affairs. He is a distinguished professional in journalism and public relations, with over three decades of comprehensive experience across broadcast, print, and online media.
Sowah has firmly established himself as a key player in the industry. He is a proud member of both the Ghana Journalist Association and the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.
Prior to his current position, Sowah served as the Faculty Officer of the School of Allied Health Sciences from 2021 to 2024 and as Junior Assistant Registrar at the Documentation and Information Section from 2019 to 2021. His public relations expertise is underscored by his designation as an Associate Public Relations (APR) professional, showcasing his dedication to excellence in the field.
Additionally, Sowah is a certified Chartered Professional Administrator, having obtained his certification from the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants. His academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Leicester, UK, along with multiple certificates in Communication Studies, Public Relations, and a Diploma in Journalism from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.
