 As a dedicated Sport and Exercise Scientist with many years of teaching experience across basic, secondary, and tertiary levels, my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education should be engaging, transformative, and applicable to real-life challenges. I strive to cultivate an environment where students are active participants in their own learning, developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a deep appreciation for the scientific principles that govern human movement, performance and well-being.
