Josephine is a highly dedicated female sports and exercise science professional with a BSc. degree in Sports and Exercise Science from KNUST, Ghana, and a Master of Sports Sciences in Biology of Physical Activity from the University of Jyvasklya, Finland. With a strong academic background, I have been an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Cape Coast's Department of Sports and Exercise Science since 2018.
In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have had the privilege to serve as an academic counselor for undergraduate students in the Department of Sports Sciences at the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, I have been the the Sports Science Department's representative on the School of Allied Health Sciences Board since 2018. My commitment to the academic success of the students I train has earned me widespread recognition and respect from both peers and students.
Committed to advancing the field of sports and exercise science through my academic work and research, I am currently a PhD candidate with Exercise Physiology as the area of focus.
