Rubby O.B. Avinu is a dedicated Accounting Professional at the Directorate of Finance. With a decade and over years working with Bills Payable and Student Accounts, she has built extensive experience in financial administration, student fee management and team management within the higher education sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree obtained in 2014 and an MBA in Finance, (2024) both from University of Cape Coast. She is also currently pursuing professional certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana as part of her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in the accounting profession.
Through hard work, professionalism and consistent performance, Ms Rubby has progressed through the ranks from Senior Accounting Assistant to Principal Accounting Assistant. Her experience in university financial administration has strengthened her capacity in managing teams, records management, compliance, and operational support.
She is passionate about contributing to sound financial management practices, institutional growth, and the advancement of higher education administration.
