Dr/Mrs Regina Gyampoh-Vidogah is the Director at the Directorate of ICT Services at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). She led in pioneering the establishment of the ICT Directorate and its structures at UCC in 2015.
As the Director of ICT Services at UCC, her set duties include overseeing and directing the development of network infrastructure, software development leading and managing a team of ICT Heads under her leadership that include: Information Systems, Network & infrastructure, E-learning and Knowledge Management and ICT Training & Support Sections of the Directorate, University Cape Coast in order to achieve the vision and mission of the University. She oversees all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals and leads in the formulation of ICT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the former and current Vice Chancellors.
Dr Gyampoh-Vidogah is an enthusiastic ICT Director with excellent Leadership, Management and Administrative skills. She is also recognized for her ability to strategically assess operational needs, IT developmental solutions and always keen to improve on her daily outputs and drive users satisfaction.
Dr. Regina Gyampoh-Vidogah is also known for being resourceful and well organized with excellent team building experience which she has been using to enlighten other staff and learners. She is able to work in a progressive as well as challenging environments, and has the ability to work even when under pressure which in turn has offered a lot of staff who served under her the opportunity to excel in their professional growth and personal development.
She holds PhD in Information Systems and information Technology, an integrated approach that supports institutions and organisations in improving their administration system.
She is hardworking and always willing to offer her expertise and support to all constituents including students, staff and other professional organizations.
Aside UCC, she has worked in other Government organisations both in UK and Europe and IT consultancy services in other African Countries. Dr Gyampoh-Vidogah is an IT expert who have also authored a book on integrating information systems and information technology solution in organisations, she published and also presented many peer reviewed papers on information management, Electronic Document management, Knowledge Management and Information Technology.
