Miss Mariyama Kumah

Mariyama Abdulai Kumah is a Library and Information Science professional with over twenty years of working experience. She holds the position of Junior Assistant Librarian and also serves as the librarian for the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, she serves as the academic support librarian for the University Hall Libraries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Philosophy in Information Studies, both obtained from the University of Ghana's Department of Information Studies. An Information Literacy Skills Lecturer at the Information Literacy Skill Unit, Faculty of Arts, University of Cape Coast. Her areas of interest include information literacy, library services for distance education, institutional repositories, artificial intelligence, data literacy, records and knowledge management, digital services, and libraries.
