Dixmon Nana Cosmos Egyir serves as Chief Administrative Assistant at the School of Graduate Studies, University of Cape Coast (UCC), where he provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational excellence and contributes significantly to the institution's administrative development initiatives. He has preciously worked at the Institute of Education, Directorate of Human Resource, School of Economics, School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Mr. Egyir holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a chartered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and continuous development in his field.
With over two decades of experience in higher education administration, Mr. Egyir has developed extensive expertise and institutional knowledge within his area of specialization. His career has been characterized by strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving approaches, and exceptional interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. He area of interest are: training and development, organisational politics, retirement and well-being and organization assessment and administrative shortfalls in higher education.
