Prosper Yao Amesimeku is a dedicated and accomplished Assistant Registrar at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), with over two decades of experience in administrative protocols, public relations, and university academic affairs. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Administration in Higher Education, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

In his current role as the Head of the Certification and Verification Office at the Directorate of Academic Affairs, Prosper is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the University's academic records. He is a member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) and a Chartered Professional Administrator and a member of the Charted Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) of Ghana.

Prior to his current role, Prosper worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant/Principal Administrative Assistant at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the University, where he managed information services, advertisement, and press-related matters, as well as Protocol and Events Management.

Prosper is a result-oriented, hardworking, and committed team player with a focus on the provision of quality higher education, certification, and authentication. His skills and experience have made him an asset to the UCC community, and his dedication to his work has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and students alike.
