Teaching & projects
I believe that students should be helped to understand concepts being taught so that it will enable them apply the knowledge acquired in a real life situations. During interaction with students, my aim is to make physics interesting to enable them appreciate the subject.
I believe students working in groups to promote team spirit and enable them to share ideas that help to solve problems. Sometimes I give topics to my grouped students to research and do presentations during lectures. It help to boost their confidence and also to prepare them towards their thesis work. Students should be encouraged to ask constructive questions during lectures. Intimidation should be avoided.
Where possible audio-visual aid should be employed in the teaching and learning process.
I support school/department agreed mode of assessment
Assessment is based on quizzes, assignments, presentations and end of semester exams which all of them are based on percentages.
