Patrick Awuley serves as Stores Superintendent at the University of Cape Coast, where he has been working since 2021 in the Directorate of Finance, Stores and Supplies Section. He holds an HND in Purchasing and Supply from Cape Coast Technical University (2019) and a Computer Proficiency Certificate from the University of Cape Coast (2013).
With extensive experience in procurement and supply chain operations, Patrick specializes in inventory and stores management, supplier sourcing, procurement documentation and compliance, materials handling, and logistics coordination. Prior to his current role, he served as a Clerk at the Centre for Educational Research, Evaluation and Development (CEREAD) from 2016 to 2020, where he developed strong skills in records management and administrative operations.
Patrick is committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and operational efficiency. In March 2025, he successfully advocated for a dedicated office for stores officers, eliminating prolonged exposure to hazardous chemicals and significantly improving workplace health and safety standards.
He is a member of the Senior Staff Association of the Universities of Ghana and the University of Cape Coast. Patrick is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and continues to pursue professional development in digitization of financial records and performance management.
