Eugene Abban (MCIPS), holds Master of Science ( Procurement and Supply Chain Management) Bachelor of Management Studies both from University of Cape Coast. He obtained Higher National Diploma ( Purchasing and Supply) from Takoradi Technical University. He has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain (UK) and currently the Education Liaison Officer for the Ghana Branch. Eugene is the Head of the Stores and Supplies Section at the Directorate of Finance. He also holds Certificate in Leadership from International Leadership Institute. his area of specialization covers Price negotiation, Stock control, stock accounting, stock taking.
