I am a registered Dietitian and entrepreneur with a great passion for research and interventions in chronic non-communicable diseases and their risk factors such as unhealthy diet and obesity. I have a keen interest in empowering populations and communities to achieve optimal health through nutrition education and economic empowerment. In the past 2 years, I have taught, mentored and motivated students to be the best they can be within their communities and beyond and have also encouraged them to start nutrition and nutraceutical- related businesses.
