She holds a strong academic background, beginning with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies, followed by a Bachelor’s degree, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management.  In addition to this, she also holds a secretarial certificate, progressing from Stenographer to Secretary to Private Secretary. This solid educational foundation has equipped her with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in the field of Human Resources.

Her academic and professional journey reflects a consistent passion for training, development, and communication. She has cultivated a keen interest in the area of Training and Development, recognizing its central role in enhancing employee performance, professional growth, and organizational effectiveness. Equally, her proficiency and interest in Communicative Skills highlight her ability to foster positive workplace interactions, improve collaboration, and build strong interpersonal relationships across various levels of the university community.
