Diana Ama Dogbatse  holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She is also a Chartered Professional Administrator and holds a certificate of Leadership from the University at Buffalo School of Management.   She is currently a Senior  Assistant Registrar at the  University of Cape Coast. She held the position of a Faculty Officer for over 7 years and currently serving as Deputy Senior Hall Tutor for  VALCO Trust Halls and the University Alumni  Halls. Her expertise are in general administration and management, organizational behavior, human resource management, work-life balance, stress management  and leadership. By nature, she strives for excellence, team spirit, integrity  and ensures  a working environment where people  have  the opportunity to develop potentials, competencies, leadership skills and intellectual abilities.  Her top five strength identified by the Clifton Strength are  Harmony, Positivity, Relator, Leaner and Analytical. She has passion for mentoring and couching students as well as the youth. Her research interests include stress management, work-life management , human relations and customer service, gender and development  and organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
