Theophilus Kwamena Ocran is a digital services librarian at Sam Jonah Library, University of Cape Coast and currently a Junior Assistant Librarian. He had his Bachelor’s from University of Ghana in Information Studies and Sociology. After working at the Sam Jonah Library for six (6) years, he had a scholarship to study Masters in Information Technology (M.IT) with special interest in emerging trends in Library and Information Science at University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is self-motivated and independent minded person, demonstrate meticulousness in his line of duty. He has a strong interpersonal skills that enable him to engage clients, colleagues and superiors in a more professional manner. He embrace diversity with multi-cultural competence.
