Dr. Kojo Okyere is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Religion and Human Values at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, where he received his BA, MPhil, and Ph.D. He also has a certificate in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. He is a member of Ghana Association of Biblical Exegetes (GABES), and Society of Biblical Literature (SBL). His current research interests are in the areas of bible and sustainable development, African biblical hermeneutics, wisdom literature of the Old Testament, and the concept of work in the Old Testament. He has several articles in academic journals, and has presented papers at several international conferences. Dr. Okyere is passionate about youth development and has given several talks on youth motivation and empowerment. He is also a regular resource person on sexual and domestic violence.
