He holds a PhD in Computer Science Education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Master of Science in Computer Application Technology from Hohai University in China. His extensive professional certifications, including those as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and an IT Business Manager, reflect a career dedicated to both technical expertise and strategic management. Since joining UCC in 1994, he has steadily risen through the ranks, from a National Service Person to the acting Director of ICT Services, a role he has held since 1st August 2024.
