About

Haruna Gado Yakubu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Sciences with Highest Honours (Summa Cum Laude), and a Master of Animal Nutrition and Feed Safety Engineering (top 10% on ECTS) from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), Hungary, 2023 and 2019, respectively. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with First Class Honours, from the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast, Ghana, in 2016. Dr. Yakubu's research interests are within the fields of Animal Nutrition, Forage production, Ruminant production, Feed and Animal products qualification, using rapid analytical technologies. He is currently working on the applications of electronic nose (e-nose) and near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, in feed, milk, meat and milk products, such as cheese, and yoghurt analyses.
