With over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning academia, banking, and public service, I excel at the intersection of operational excellence and people-centred leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the University of Cape Coast, I support research coordination and academic administration within the Department of Biochemistry—bringing precision, integrity, and a collaborative spirit to every task.
Before joining UCC, I led the Credit Department at Kakum Rural Bank Ltd, where I oversaw loan portfolios, risk assessments, and client relations. My background in Sociology and Information Studies, combined with an MBA in General Management, gives me a unique lens for navigating organisational systems and driving sustainable impact.
I’m passionate about continuous learning, having participated in numerous workshops on quality assurance, financial management, and record systems. I also actively contribute to university governance and national education initiatives through committee roles and supervision services across Ghana.
Outside of work, I’m a soccer fan and a confident driver—always up for a challenge, whether on the road or the pitch.
