Benjamin Otsen has had the opportunity to serve the University in various administrative roles at the School of Medical Sciences, College of Education Studies, the School of Educational Development & Outreach, and the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Consultancy. His research interests include administration in Institutions of Higher Learning, Health Services Planning & Management and Health Economics. Benjamin is devoted to effective and efficient administration which supports excellent teaching, learning and research.
