Hilda Serwaa Obeng is currently a Principal Administrative Assistant at the Faculty of Arts, Deans Office, University of Cape Coast where she offers administrative support to aid in the effective administration of the Faculty. She had previously served in a similar capacity at the College of Distance Education where she contributed immensely to the growth and development of the College. Hilda holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) from the University of Cape Coast.
