Mrs. Sarah Mensah-Bonso is a distinguished and acclaimed administrator who exhibits a high sense of admirable management and leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills and applies technical and academic knowledge to practical situations. She has worked at the University of Cape Coast for more than fifteen years in many Departments. She is an administrator with over 8 years experience, 22 years’ experience in secretarial activities and a good typesetter. She is hardworking, creative, change and goal-oriented, innovative, pay attention to details, an exceptional team player, adapts to changing schedules, delivers duties even when under pressure, efficient and effective.
Mrs Mensah-Bonso is a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) from the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants Ghana, she holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Cape Coast Technical University.
Mrs. Mensah-Bonso has attended several training workshops organised by the Training and Development Section of University of Cape Coast and other professional training workshops. She serves as a Secretary to a number of Committees including Appointments and Promotions Committee at the Department of Education Programmes, College of Distance Education. In all the Departments, Sections and Units she has worked, she ensures that all activities are well organised and conducted to bring about change and harmony. She is currently a Chief Administrative Assistant at the Department of Information Technology and Research Support, Sam Jonah Library, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
