Mrs. Sarah Mensah-Bonso is a distinguished and accomplished administrator who demonstrates exemplary management and leadership capabilities. Mrs. Mensah-Bonso possesses strong interpersonal skills, a change and results-oriented professional with a proven ability to initiate and implement impactful projects, proactive and innovative. Mrs. Mensah-Bonso holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast. She also possesses a Diploma in Business Studies from the Cape Coast Technical University. In addition, she is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC), Ghana.

She currently serves as a Chief Administrative Assistant at the Department of Information Technology and Research Support, Sam Jonah Library. With over a decade of cumulative experience in University Administration, she has made significant contributions to both academic and non-academic operations. Her achievements include visioned the need for he University to sew its own academic gowns when she was in charge of academic gowns, initiated the introduction of Immigration Office at the Office of International Relations, streamlining all Education Programme Courses at the College of Distance Education (CoDE), developing a proposal for the introduction of the Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Psychology programme, and coordinating the development of course Modules for the Education Programme courses at CoDE.

She has participated in numerous training workshops organised by the Training and Development Section of the University of Cape Coast, as well as other professional development programmes. She also serves on several University committees, where she ensures that activities are effectively organised and conducted to promote positive change, efficiency, and harmony across the Departments, Sections, and Units in which she has served.
