I am a highly experienced nursing professional and educator with over 22 years of combined expertise in nursing practice and academia. I earned my PhD in 2021 from the University of South Africa and currently serve as the Head of the Department of Adult Health, School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Cape. My research interests encompass nursing education and adult health, areas in which I have made significant scholarly contributions with over 16 publications. I am an active member of the University Teachers Association of Ghana and the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association, reflecting my commitment to professional development and advocacy within the nursing field. Throughout my career, I have engaged in both national and international conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with experts to advance nursing education and healthcare delivery. Notably, I presented 2 abstracts at the 7th Annual Africa Interdisciplinary Health Conference “Healthcare in Africa: Collaboration, Innovation and Sustainability” in Johannesburg, South Africa, University of the Witwatersrand among other prestigious academic gatherings. With a strong background in research, leadership, and clinical practice, I remain dedicated to shaping the future of nursing through education, mentorship, and innovative healthcare solutions.
