Serving as the General Secretary for the Senior Staff Association (SSA-UoG), UCC Local, and on the National Executive Council, Jacob provides pivotal leadership in staff advocacy. He actively represents the union's interests in negotiations and strategic dialogues with University Management and relevant government bodies. His efforts have been instrumental in securing tangible improvements to the terms and conditions of service for senior staff.
Jacob currently serves as a Principal Administrative Assistant at the Directorate of Academic Affairs, University of Cape Coast, where he applies his extensive skills in administration and stakeholder engagement.
