Miss Elizabeth Buckle

Elizabeth Buckle is a cook at the Votec Restaurant, UCC

She is among the few people selected to start the Votec Restaurant in the 1999/2000 academic year.

Some of her schedules include purchasing the best ingredients for most of the meals prepared at the restaurant.

She also help in the preparation of meals for clients with special dietary needs such as the vegetarians.

She has over 20 years of experience in the eatery industry.
