Constantine K.M Kudzedzi, Esq. is a Barrister at Law/Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana with twenty-three years experience at the Ghana Bar and a Notary Public of Ghana. He is a Director of Cann, Quashie and Co, a private Law Firm in Takoradi, Western Region. He has practiced law extensively and been involved in several civil litigations in Land Law, Chieftaincy, Oil and Gas, Succession, Company Law, Commercial and Debt Recovery, Insurance and a bit of Criminal Justice some of which cases are reported in the Ghana Law Reports and online Dennis Law Reports.
He renders extensive advisory and consultancy services to diverse clients, including traditional councils, corporate institutions, religious institutions, among others and serves as solicitor and external solicitor to many corporate and financial institutions, Universities and Colleges of Education. He has been involved in several contract drafting and reviews.
He is also a Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law and the Institute for Oil and Gas Studies, University of Cape Coast. He has lectured for the past ten years in Petroleum Law, Oil and Gas Law, Law of Taxation, Natural Resources Law, Law of Equity and Trusts and Law of Succession and has some few publications to his credit. He has served as Coordinator for the Department of Legal Extension and Community Engagements and until quite recently, Acting Head of the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, University of Cape Coast.
He has served as chair and member of several Boards, Statutory and Adhoc Committees within the University of Cape Coast amongst which are Statutes Review Committee, Disciplinary Committee for Senior Members, Chair of Disciplinary Committee for Junior and Senior Staff, Chair of Sexual Harassment Committee, Institutional Review Board, Special Audit Committee of Council.
Outside the University he serves as the Vice President, Ghana Bar Association, Western Region and Chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association Western Region and Solicitor of the Catholic Diocese of Sekondi-Takoradi among others. He is currently a member of the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC) and the Chair of its Technical Sub- Committee.
He holds a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
