Christopher Yaw Kwaah holds a PhD in Curriculum and Teaching, a Research Fellow, and a Coordinator of the Educational Research Unit of the Institute of Education in College of Education, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. His research interest is in Teacher Education, Teachers, Access and Equity Issues, ICT and Higher Education. Dr. Kwaah has been part of a number of local and international research projects. Notably among them are ‘Pedagogies for Critical Thinking among African Higher Education Institutions’ funded by DFID and ESRC, ‘Improving Quality Basic Education: Importance of a Teacher-Student Classroom Interaction Measuring Tool” funded New York University and “Exposure to Domestic Violence and Early Childhood Development in Ghana” funded by UNICEF.
