Teaching & projects
I believe teaching is not just about transferring knowledge, but about inspiring transformation. My approach blends academic rigor with real-world relevance, ensuring students not only understand concepts but can apply them meaningfully. I see each classroom as a space to cultivate creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial action especially in emerging economies like Ghana, where innovation is vital for development.
My teaching is interactive, reflective, and student-centered. I use practical examples, case studies, and problem-solving tasks to connect theory with lived experiences. I challenge students to think beyond the textbook, to explore their potential, and to view failure as part of growth.
Mentorship is central to my philosophy. I guide students not just academically, but in shaping their values, aspirations, and confidence. Ultimately, I aim to nurture thinkers, doers, and leaders who will drive change in their communities and beyond.
