About

I am an experienced educational planner and researcher with over twenty years in diverse pre-tertiary and tertiary contexts. I excel in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive educational research initiatives and programme evaluations aimed at enhancing learning outcomes for diverse student populations. My background has equipped me with strong skills in educational policy formulation, strategic planning, and programme development, making me adaptable to various educational challenges.

Additionally, I have worked as an independent consultant for many educational organizations, serving as the principal investigator, co-principal investigator and researcher for various national and international projects. My collaborative efforts have provided valuable insights across numerous educational initiatives. I am committed to improving educational practices and policies through research-driven approaches, ensuring my contributions yield meaningful enhancements in the educational landscape. My role often involves engaging with stakeholders to assess needs, identify priorities, and implement evidence-based solutions while promoting a culture of continuous learning among educators and administrators.

As a teacher, I share the view that human beings are innately equipped to explore endlessly, ask questions and be fascinated by the world and other minds around them. Therefore, as an advocate of passionate, curious minds, my teaching goal is to foster learners’ passion and curiosity for knowledge. To achieve this, I aim to engage with learners and share knowledge through technology-driven, research-informed and learner-focused teaching and to assist each learner in developing their own potential and learning methods and critical thinking skills.
