I am a Senior Lecturer with the School of Economics of the University of Cape Coast. Before becoming a lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, I worked as a part-time lecturer with the University of Professional Studies, Accra. I also coordinate affairs at the Centre for Data Archiving, Management, Analysis and Advocacy (C-DAMAA) of the School of Economics. I have lectured in Managerial Economics and Applied Time Series at the Masters level and in Economics of Capital Markets and Project Appraisal at the Undergraduate level. I worked with the Ghana Statistical Service on the rebasing of the consumer price index to 2018 and developed a STATA ‘dofile’ for the computation of the consumer price index of the Ghana. I have attended and presented papers at conferences and workshops in Ghana and abroad including the one organised by the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE) of the Oxford University. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. My research interests are monetary policy, international trade and Foreign Direct Investment
